ENLT Council provides candidates with clear channels for appeals, complaints, rescheduling, result review and certificate reissue. Every submission is handled by the Council integrity office.

Request an independent re-score of a section or overall result.

Raise a formal complaint regarding examination conduct or service.

Reschedule request

Request a new examination date subject to Council policy.

Result review request

Request an administrative review of a published result.

Certificate reissue request

Request a replacement certificate with an updated security marker.

How it works

The appeals process

    Submit within 21 days

    Appeals must be lodged within 21 days of result publication.

    Acknowledgement

    You receive a reference number and acknowledgement within 2 business days.

  3. 3

    Independent re-score

    A second certified examiner re-scores the relevant section.

  4. 4

    Outcome

    The outcome and any score change are communicated in writing.

Your application will be reviewed by the ENLT Council admissions and partnership team. You will receive a confirmation and reference number by email.
